30 day money back guarantee

you completed your order within the last 30 days, our 30 day money back guarantee policy may apply to you. If so, please contact us to arrange prompt response and action to your request.

Canceling subscription plans

You can cancel your membership at any time prior to the next billing period by contacting us. Please note that a billing period already paid for will not be partially refunded (your account access will remain active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation), subject to this refund policy and applicable laws. If you pre-paid for multiple billing periods in advance, the remaining portion for unused billing periods will be refunded upon cancellation less any prepayment discounts if applicable.

Upon cancellation, we will send you a cancellation confirmation email. Please do not consider your membership account canceled until you receive this email.

The standard Learn2Promote.com billing period is monthly - commencing from the day you first signed up and renewing every month thereafter until canceled. For example, if you signed up for an account on the 16th, your billing period will be from the 16th to 15th of each month after that until canceled. Other billing periods may apply to you, depending on what membership plan you purchased and your membership agreement with us - please contact us if you would like further information about the billing period that applies to you.

Membership registrations first made more than 30 days ago.

At Learn2Promote.com we want you to be completely satisfied with your membership and education. If you are not, we encourage you to contact us and we will promptly try to rectify the issue to your complete satisfaction.

As with refunds in general, we ask that you please choose carefully before making your purchase, as we do not normally give refunds on subscription months already payed for if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
